# Using the Link Intersect Report to find link opportunities

Find pages linking to competitors but not to you with Linkody’s Link Intersect Report. Uncover high-value link prospects.

Updated over a week ago

The **Link Intersect Report** helps you identify high-value pages that are linking to your competitors but not to you. These pages are excellent link-building prospects, especially if they reference multiple competitors.

## What the report shows

This report lists pages that link to your competitors, ordered by the number of distinct competitor links they contain.

For each referring page, you'll see:

- Page URL
- Page title
- Number of distinct competitors the page links to
- Number of distinct links to competitors
- Number of distinct follow links to competitors
- Ahrefs DR (Ahrefs Domain Rating)
- Moz DA (Domain Authority)

When a page links to several competitors, it’s often a **listicle, roundup, or resource page**, making it a great candidate to reach out to for inclusion.

## Exploring competitor links

Clicking on the **number of links** reveals which competitors are being linked from that page. This helps you evaluate how relevant or natural a link to your site would be.

## Shared backlinks visual indicators

Pages and domains already linking to you are marked visually:

- A **single green mark** indicates that the referring _domain_ already links to you.
- A **double green mark** indicates that the specific _page_ already links to you.

This makes it easy to spot which opportunities you’ve already captured and which ones remain open.

## Adding prospect links

Clicking the **star icon** to the right of any link adds it as a prospect link, making it easy to track and follow up as part of your outreach.

## Using filters

The **“Sharing” filter** now offers a simple binary choice:

- **Prospects (not linking to you)** – the default view, showing only pages that don’t link to you yet
- **All pages (linking to you or not)** – showing every referring page, whether or not it already links to you

You can also narrow the list down with additional filters:

- A **minimum number of competitors**, to focus on pages that link to several of your competitors
- A **Follow / Nofollow** filter, to show only follow or nofollow links
- **Ahrefs DR** and **Moz DA** range sliders, to focus on the most authoritative opportunities

This makes it easier to prioritize pages for outreach.

## Summary

The Link Intersect Report helps you:

- Spot valuable link-building opportunities
- Identify resource pages that link to competitors but not to you
- Focus your outreach where you’re most likely to get a link

It’s a practical, data-driven way to grow your backlinks by targeting pages that already show willingness to link to similar content.
