Using the Link Intersect Report to find link opportunities

The Link Intersect Report helps you identify high-value pages that are linking to your competitors but not to you. These pages are excellent link-building prospects, especially if they reference multiple competitors.

What the report shows

This report lists pages that link to your competitors, ordered by the number of distinct competitor links they contain.

For each referring page, you'll see:

When a page links to several competitors, it’s often a listicle, roundup, or resource page, making it a great candidate to reach out to for inclusion.

Exploring competitor links

Clicking on the number of links reveals which competitors are being linked from that page. This helps you evaluate how relevant or natural a link to your site would be.

Adding prospect links

Clicking the star icon to the right of any link adds it as a prospect link, making it easy to track and follow up as part of your outreach.
