Managing your account

Manage your Linkody account, subscription plan and personal profile. Update payment details, change your password, and download invoices.

You can easily manage your account settings, plan details, personal information, and billing from the Account section.

How to access your account settings

Click your avatar icon in the bottom left corner and select "Account" from the dropdown menu.

You will find three tabs: Plan, Profile, and Invoices.

Plan tab

The Plan tab shows your subscription details and current usage:

• Domains – See how many domains your plan includes and how many you are tracking. (Each competitor also counts towards your domain quota.)

• Links – View the number of backlinks allowed by your plan and how many you are currently tracking. (Competitor links are not counted toward your link quota.)

• Users – See the number of user seats included and how many you are currently using.

Actions you can take:

Upgrade your plan

Click the "Upgrade" button to view and select a bigger plan.

💡 Note: if you want to downgrade your plan, contact our support via the chat widget or by sending us an email at support@linkody.com.

Update your billing details

Follow these steps to update your payment method, billing email, or physical address. Billing details will be reflected in your next invoices.

1. Click on the "Manage my subscription link" at the bottom right:

2. Click on "Edit Subscription":

3. Choose between editing your billing payment or your physical address:

Cancel your subscription

To cancel your subscription, click the “Cancel my subscription” button located in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard.

You can continue using Linkody until the end of your current billing period.

💡 Note: No data is deleted. Once the billing period ends, your account will be deactivated. You can reactivate it at any time by subscribing again.

Delete your account

Click on the "Delete my account" link at the bottom left

⚠️ All data will be permanently erased from our server. This cannot be undone.

Profile tab

In the Profile tab, you can update your personal information:

• Change your email address
• Update your first name and last name
• Change your password

Invoices tab

The Invoices tab allows you to:

• View all past invoices
• Download any receipt/invoice in PDF format

💡 Note: Your Receipt is a valid invoice
The document you receive from FastSpring is labeled as a receipt, but it includes all required details for invoicing (buyer/seller info, VAT numbers, amounts, invoice ID, etc.). It is an entirely valid invoice for accounting and tax purposes.
